    How hard is it to pull the size ordered off the shelf and ship it? I ordered LARGE and they shipped MEDIUM. I would love these bell boots IF they were the correct size.

    Online order, received wrong size, hard to return

    Received wrong size at delivery. I ordered large and received medium. The TSC app said I could return in store. Upon returning, the return barcode was not valid. The return was made within 10 days. The manager was able to resolve, but took forever.
