Beware! Absolute waste of money! I would get this zero stars if it would allow me to. Bought this hutch this June for our 4h rabbits. At the beginning of August, we were praying it didn't fall apart completely before we took our rabbits to fair. The middle piece dividing the rabbits flipped over on top of them several times, even after we tried fixing it. The wood is rotting, and the tray is so flimsy -it bent so bad we can hardly get it in and out without it bowing in half. I never write reviews, but this was such a disappointing purchase.

I got this right at the beginning of December, 2019. It is May 1 2020 and the back piece of the hutch is coming apart therefore the bottom is not being held up and is falling out. I was very happy with but, but unhappy to see it rotting after 5 months. It is outside, but it is off the ground and half protected by one side of my house. It shouldn't be "delaminating" yet. Low quality wood for that back piece for sure!

the first wind busted both tops and completely caused the hutches to to be off balance called ware as suggested by your customer service they could not believe their product was that flimsy denied it wanted pictures id numbers on boxes which believe it or not some people clean up after themselves my husband was out of town and when he got home i told him the conversation i had with ware the young lady seemed rude and just plain was frustrating as a person who has raised rabbits 20yr their product is unacceptable and i hope you discontinue their business thank you sue b
