Q: Your comparison tool says live streaming is "n/a" Maybe I was looking at another company but I thought you had a camera where you could be notified of movement & speak over the camera to that person. What model is that?
4 years ago- A: Hi ocgirl, we do not have any model that has live streaming or that you can speak via the camera. Sorry for the inconvenience. -KM4 years agoHelpful?
Q: Since Video's are not sent to the app is there a notification that a video has been taken? I intend to mount this high on my barn, so if it sounds like I will have to climb a 20 ft ladder & retrieve the SD card. Is there any work around to keep me safe?
4 years ago- A: Hi ocgirl, if you set the camera to take video, to get a notification, we suggest also setting the option "Photo First" That way, it will take a photo, transmit it to the app, and make a video that will be saved on the SD card. The only way to view the video is via the camera's screen, or by putting the SD card in a computer. -KM4 years agoHelpful?
Q: Can 2 or more cameras be used on one app plan? Since Video's are not sent to the app is there a notification that a video has been taken. I intend to mount this high on my barn, so if I want to see a video is sounds like I will have to climb a 20 ft lad
