To help ensure a successful catch, place a small amount of peanut butter or similar bait directly on the bait cup and set the trap along walls where you’ve seen rat activity, with the baited end against the wall. The last mouse trap you’ll buy.

I had a mouse that kept tripping my mouse trap and my glue traps stopped catching mice. These rat traps work great. They don’t get away. They are really easy to set and release the mouse. Also the bait cups are much more versatile and less messy than the plates most traps have. I put three peanut butter chips in the bait cup, and smash them. I had not caught a mouse for several weeks with my old mice traps. After setting three of these I caught 5 mice in less than a week. No mice now for 3 weeks. 😊 The mouse traps may work for 80% of the mice out there. I don’t see any mice be able to escape this. It probably is equally effective on rats.
