The Valley Sportsman #12 Stainless Steel Electric Meat Grinder makes grinding meat even easier and more convenient. Built for the batches that show up during harvest and hunting season. With a powerful 575W motor, this electric meat grinder features a powder-coat cast aluminum body for durability. The meat grinder also includes a pusher, stainless steel cutting blade and 3 stainless steel plates (fine, medium and course). It's ideal for both home and commercial use. This electric meat grinder is easy to assemble, operate and disassemble, allowing for convenient cleaning.
- COMPACT YET POWERFUL: All stainless steel gears with roller bearings provide stable and strong power to the auger. This grinder comes with a durable #12 aluminum head assembly, making it a dependable choice for effective meat grinding.
- MODERATE POWER FOR HOME USE: With a 575-watt motor, this grinder is best suited for small to medium batches, handling about 6-8 pounds of meats per minute. It includes a reverse function to help clear jams, which can be useful for smoother operation. The motor operates at a single speed, with a reverse option, providing consistent grinding for typical home use.
- PRACTICAL ACCESSORIES: This classic meat grinder includes one meat stomper set(1 Meat Stomper and 1 Lid), one stainless steel cross grinder blade, two different sizes grindering plates (4.5 & 7mm / 0.18 & 0.25inches) for coarse and fine grinding of meat, one sausage stuffing plate, three stuffing tubes (15 & 25 & 35mm / 0.6 & 1 & 1.4inches), and one meat tray.

Quit on me first time I used it.

Must have gotten a defective motor. It became hot and stopped after 6-7 lbs of pre-ground store bought turkey. (And it was properly put together, I've been grinding meat for while--my old #8 grinder (different brand) has worked for 2 years, just wanted a #12 now. I'll stick with my old brand.

Damaged motor

I bought this as a Christmas present for me husband. He tried to use it but Unfortunately the motor was already damaged. I'm assuming it was damaged during shipping but we returned it and bought a different brand.
