pretty scuffed up

I order this regularly online to pick up in store. It should come in a box, but the last few times was loose and pretty scuffed up.

Traveller 20k snatch block

I've used the Traveller 20k snatch block on everything from vehicle recovery to logging and it's never failed me, built like a tank and always butter smooth due to having a grease fitting (unlike most other blocks in this price range) i would recommend this product.

Poor quality

With limited use, the c-clip broke off and resulted in losing my load. I can not get a new clip back onto the shaft.
