Shipping issues

Nothing wrong with the product, just the service. I ordered 8 bottles, 6 arrived, 2 were damaged in shipping which were sent back to Tractor Supply by the shipper. The issue is that I don't hear back from Tractor Supply even after I reached out to them. I paid for 8 bottles.
