    Needs better product description

    The product itself would be perfect BUT what I found is it will NOT fit MOST typical sized car-type batteries. I bought this to secure one of two batteries in my flats boat, but the black top brace would not fit, or straddle the top of the battery. The slot on that brace is just 6 inches wide, while the battery is 6 3/4" wide, which is a standard width for most car/boat type batteries. Therefore, the uses for this kit are widely limited. The Product Description has NO notation of the battery size/width capabilities of this kit and THAT is a huge omission!

    No, I do not recommend this product.
