Great design,light weight

In store help at New Albany was great, young lady had my purchase waiting at the service desk as promised. Nothing was ever mentioned about assembley on the box. I was quite overwhelmed with the hundred or so nuts,bolts washers. But the real diss appointment was the hardware. 6 of the 40 screws had no slots for the Phillips head and 10 of the others we so soft the heads rounded off before they could be tightened,several of the nuts had no threads inside them. You might as well try super glue to assemble this thing. I had to go hardware store and buy nuts and screws. Come on Guys $5.00 more would have made this a 5 star product.

The specifications say it is 33 3/4" when in reality its not even close. They included the length of the tube that goes in the receiver, the basket is only 22", very misleading

It's not the best basket on the market but will most likely get the job done. Yes, it's made overseas, and quality and workmanship are yet to be desired. I recommend that when tightening the screws down you use extra washers as to not bend/crack the aluminum. Take care when tightening your cargo straps that you don't bend/crack the aluminum rails. At the joint where the basket flips up there is a large bolt. I also recommend adding washers on both sides of the bolt so that you don't bend/crack the low-grade steel. I would recommend the product if there were no other products in stock. Tractor Supply had same day delivery which I needed for an upcoming trip on this basket only. Lastly, it will most likely take you an honest hour to assemble.
