- A: We can't say for certain without the details of the recumbent catrike. Info on the bike carrier: Cradles are 2.5" wide, inside dimensions. Rungs on the carrier base are 3.75" apart.5 years agoHelpful?

- A: No, it’s about 2 inch wide at the top part of the metal bar. Unless you are handy, you could fit the wide tires in between those two metal bars and strap it in. The space in between thosae metal bars are 3” - 4” so you could add strap and tie it up those two metal bars.5 years agoHelpful?

Aluminum bike rack for pick up trucks

Needed a bike rack for my new E-Trike that would work with my new pickup truck. Ordered on line with free delivery to my local Tractor supply store for pick up. It’s easy to assemble and light weight. Slides right into the 2”x 2” hitch mount on my truck but the height was the same as the truck bed so, I had to order and additional trailer hitch “10 inch Step Down” adapter from another supplier to bring the height down so I could easily lift the heavy steel trike. TS does not carry that adapter but should. Excellent bike rack that doubles as an additional bulk container carrier for coolers, luggage, etc.

This thing was giant looked really nice but had some significant dents in it. I am returning it to store. The box was pretty beat up but on the opposite side of the dents making me wonder if this one was returned at one time.
