This Tough1 flank cinch has beautifully tooled detailing, and is constructed of quality singly-ply leather. Features easy-to-use nickel-plated roller buckles. Also includes cinch hobble strap. 3" wide body center with 1 3/4" billets. Adjusts 58" - 70" in length.
