The Weaver Equine Felt-Lined 1 in. Ring-in-Center Horse Breast Collar is lined with 1/2 in. thick and black 100% felt on the breast pieces and center strap for added comfort. The horse breast collar features a tie down dee and a snap for cinch attachment. This breast collar also includes durable nickel-plated hardware (except the center ring is non-rust stainless-steel) for long-lasting use.
