The handle swivels, but it takes some effort to get it to do so.
I haven't cracked the whip yet because it's been too cold to do so outside, but I guess it will loosen with use.
The workmanship looks decent and it is a rather handsome whip.
It is a welcomed addition to my collection.

The whip was amazing. 10/10. I used this whip on my very black friend, his name is Trent. I whipped him since he didnt pick up the cotton plus he disrespected me and so I whipped em. I would recommend buying this whip.
