Okay but snaps come off

These half chaps are definitely much cooler in hot weather compared to my leather chaps. They fit well to the leg and are pretty comfortable. Surprisingly, they weren't way too long considering that I have short legs (I'm 5' 1" for reference). However, the bottom snap on one of them came off the 3rd time I was putting them on. They are still usable but I had expected they would have lasted a lot longer.

Great for hot summers in AZ. They can tear on rough shrubbery but they protect my legs well.

The medium is tough to put on, and the large is way, way bigger; drowns me. I am trying the medium but I am worried they won't last very well- they feel like they will rip easily when unsnapping.
