First pair was nice

Bought a black pair for my daughter and they were great. Came back for a tan pair and after only a couple wears she got some holes in the seam in the butt area. Waste of money on that pair sadly.

These pants definitely run small compared to regular children's clothing so be sure to check the size guide - it is very accurate. I purchased size 12 for my short 8-year-old granddaughter. Her waist and hip measurements put her between size 10 and 12, so we went up. The pants are a bit loose right now, but very comfortable. She is able to cuff the pants inside her riding boots. Considering all the barn activities she will be engaged in, I think the cotton material will be better than the polyester that seems to be more common. Purchased 2 colors and plan to purchase more!

While these pants appear to be good pants they rub EXTREMELY small. My daughter who is a peanut of a size 6( usually pants swim on her) I bought her a 6 and they barely go up on her and waaay to tight in waist. The other daughter couldn't even get them on.
