The ToolTuff Direct Auger Extension attaches between the powerhead and auger to extend the digging depth. The auger extensions are fully welded and manufactured to handle the vigor of digging in extreme terrain. The auger extension is for a 2-9/16 in. round gearbox drive shaft and attaches to a round 2-9/16 in. auger receiver.

    I specified the make and model of my auger in the search for the extension. The search returned the item I ordered. When received it was the wrong diameter to fit the existing auger and it’s blades
