The ToolTuff Direct Auger Extension attaches between the powerhead and auger to extend the digging depth. The auger extensions are fully welded and manufactured to handle the vigor of digging in extreme terrain. It measures 2-9/16 in. round.
- Auger extension is for a 2-9/16 in. round gearbox drive shaft and attaches to a round 2-9/16 in. auger receiver
- Extension length can be 12 in., 18 in. and 24 in. depending on the mounting location

Great Auger Extention

It's of great quality. Super heavy duty. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. I should have taken my auger off to measure but was in a hurry and measured incorrectly. Not Tractor Supplies fault but my own. Not going to take from this extentions great qualities away because this thing is nice

Does not fit standard 3-point equipment

This extension doesn't fit 3-point equipment for the tractor; I believe it was made for skidsteers. That said, it is very heavy, strong steel, and a solid product, however, it wasn't clear on the website that this cannot be used by a tractor 3-point. I'm quite disappointed in the lack of transparency here.
