Delayed delivery and it delivered on a pallet and I had to be home for it. They would not take the pallet away. Product is good, but will never order this from TSC again.

New design for bag opening is a disaster

My complaint is with the changed design of the 25-lb bag for non-clumping clay litter, when you changed from the easy-open pull string to the folded and glued top. I have used your non-clumping clay litter for decades and am very happy with the product itself. But the newer-style bag is harder to carry and harder to open. It now has to be opened with scissors. But, worst of all, litter collects in the top folds of the bag and scatters all over the floor when you cut the bag open. Surely you realize that bags are turned upside down and every which way in transport and storage by retailers. This causes litter to get caught in the folds of the top of the bag, and this litter spill out when the bag is opened -- no matter how careful you are.
