Q: The 40 lb box has the blue crystals and is really low dust. The 35 lb tub and the 20 lb jug don't, and is way dustier that the other. Why is that?

I loved the old formula - why did you have to change it?! The Dual Odor control formula was the best clay litter I had ever used. I bought this on my last visit, and it is awful! Very dusty, the scent is awful, and the odor control is non-existent.

We have purchased the Paws & Claws litter - 5 bags at a time for the past 10 years however the recent 10 bags have been the worse litter. It no longer clumps with to much dust and no odor control. I will be looking for a new litter that dose the job. I severely DO NOT recommend this product any more it is a waste of hard earned money
