I ordered this gate October 1st 2025, on October 14 I got an email saying the order would be delayed until between 15 thru the 17th. I never heard a thing until after I canceled the order. On october 25th I canceled the order. They said they couldnt find the order. after i canceled the order, they sent me an email and said my order was in? I had already bout new gates at Family Farm cause they were in, and cheaper. whatever is going on there is not in the customers best interest. good luck.

Nice gates, poor handling

As a product, 5 stars These gates give a beautiful farm look. however, ZERO stars for shipping/very poor handling as both gates we ordered (ship to store), had dents, chipped paint, and multiple scratches/rust spots. They were clearly not protected at all during any transport.
