I did NOT receive this product for a review , I bought mine at Tractor Supply in my hometown and this is my honest review. My papillion Jojo has skin allergies and the poor thing will scratch and dig til he has bloody sores on his lower back and the base of his tail, and it breaks my heart to hear him cry out in pain because his skin itches so bad and he scratches so much. I have tried EVERYTHING from medicated shampoos, conditioning shampoos, flea and tick pills, and I have cleaned and cleaned my house, his bedding, and I now keep his coat trimmed short so his hair dont drag the ground and catch any pollen that's on the ground. The vet has a shot that does work for him but im a single mom and affording a $90 shot twice a month isn't easy when I get no help financially with my kids. But one day I was in tractor supply with my dad and I seen this and I thought we let's try thinner, so I bought it. I came home and I bathed Jojo and I immediately seen how it latgered up so good, and it didn't burn his raw spots, and the smell was nice. After the bath I put his usual vitamin e oil on his skin and let him air dry. And this is what blew my mind. He DIDNT start immediately digging like he usually does. He went to his clean bed and laid down. I bathe him every 5-7 days and I always use vitamin e oil. I just started liken3 weeks ago so time will tell but so far im happy with it. And I recommend trying it if your dog has skin allergies along with vitamin e oil if u can't afford thr allergy shot.

My dog has struggled with itchy, irritated skin on and off, so I decided to give this shampoo a try. After just a couple of baths, I noticed she wasn’t scratching nearly as much, and her skin looked a lot less irritated. Her coat felt really clean without seeming dried out. I made sure to leave it on for the recommended 10–15 minutes before rinsing, and I definitely think that made a difference. It’s become one of our favorite products to protect and soothe her coat!

I tried the VF antiparasitic & antiseborrheic shampoo for one of my dogs and I was really happy with the results. It lathered well, left his coat feeling soft and clean and helped calm his dry, flaky, itchy skin. It has a slight medicated scent but it's not strong and worth it for how much his skin look and feel afterwards. I will definitely keep this on hand for future skin flare ups. My dog is prone to skin allergies. She has had a few patches on her skin that turn scab like on her “elbow” areas. She has not had any hair growth there for the last 6 months. We have used oatmeal shampoos, coconut oil and other recommendations from her vet. Nothing has really gotten the scabbed areas to soften until. Since we started using veterinary formula Clinical Care Antiparasitic & Antiseborrheic Medicated Shampoo. I used this 2x a week for 30days. We let it sit on her skin for 10minutes. I am honestly really impressed with the results we have gotten so far. I am now a fan of this shampoo and will be continuing to use this on both my dogs. Having pitties comes with a lot of skin issues and this has made the biggest improvement. I love that it contains Coal Tar, Salicylic Acid, and Micronized Sulfur to help support healthy-looking skin and coat which they definitely needed.
