The Sunheat Commercial/Restaurant 240V Wall Mount Electric Patio Heater uses a patented quartz lamp surrounded by an emitter. The gold coated emitter in the electric heater is designed to deliver a hotter, more instant heat. Unlike other outdoor heaters, this wall mounted heater gives a very low glare, but you will feel warm and comfortable immediately. The body of the electric heater is manufactured from powder-coated aluminum for protection from the weather.

- A: Hey Mark! Thank you for reaching out to us. This model comes with a "C" shaped mounting bracket which allows the heater to be mounted to a ceiling. The distance between the actual heater and your ceiling is only going to be a few inches and while the back of the heater may be warm to the touch after running for an extended amount of time, the heat disbursement into the air is nearly non-existent.
