Ghosted by a patio heater!!

I ordered this a month ago. Was charged for it immediately and it was never shipped or delivered. No one seems to know how to help me with this problem. Every time I call, I’m told to wait two more days. “Wait two more days - these things have a way of working themselves out” right!!

No, I do not recommend this product.

Very well built!

This is a very well made and solid heater. We have had several but this is the best we’ve had and it is a wonderful value. We ordered online and elected the free “ship to store” option. We have a store 1.5 miles away but the delivery store option was 30 miles away which is disappointing. However, the drive up service was excellent. I highly recommend this product.

We bought this heater as a wedding gift and everyone absolutely loved it! Ordered it online and picked up at store. We actually used it that night at the wedding reception. It gives out a good amount of heat and looks very nice. My husband and I are planning to get a couple for ourselves:)
