Hose Reel success with issues

It arrived without instructions. We spent a morning googling them. The issue was one of the plastic guide rids was loose. So we returned it to local store. They were fabulous! One man there put it in place with some force. Also identified the 2 metal stakes as stakes to put into ground to stabilize hose reel box. It is working great! I'd recommend this product. I recomment the employees at the store. Very helpful and caring. Sealy, Texas. Thank you !
