Rated 5 out of 5 by from works made my purchase a few days ago, used it immediately and noticed the next day results in the redness and the itching.........noticed a flea on a bald spot today and gave a squrt, it stopped moving...added benefit. the spray had a slight smell which isn't bad, must be the apple in it......thanks for the reviews and the product..

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome! In less than 24 hours my dog quit scratching! She was rubbing her back on everything & anything she could find to.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The only thing that worked! I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to after struggling to find something that worked for my dog's hot spot. After trying Sentry Hot Spot Skin Remedy, Natural Care Hot Spot & Itch Spray, Domboro Solution, Hydrocortisone Cream, and even Gold Bond Extra Strength Powder and not seeing any improvement in my dog, I finally went out and bought some Sulfodene Medicated Hot Spot & Itch Relief Spray and I'm so thankful I did! This is the only product that worked for my dog. I saw noticeable improvement within hours of applying, and my dog's hot spot has continued to improve over the past few days. I expect it to be completely healed within a week. Thanks Sulfodene for providing a product that actually works!

Seeing as this has "green apple flavor" in the ingredient list, is it safe to assume this is non-toxic?

Asked by: RayRay Risin
No adverse effect would be expected. We would still recommend doing what you can to prevent them from licking as much as possible until the product is completely dry, however.

Can this be used on cats as well? If not, is there an anti itch spray for cats? Thank you.

Asked by: KKee
This product is only for dogs. We don’t have a version of this item for cats.

Can this be used to treat scrapes/cuts on a dog and does it contain a bitter taste so they won't try to lick it off? Or what would you recommend to use on cuts/scrapes to my dog won't lick it off and irritate it even further?

Asked by: steph93654
This product is intended only for Hot Spot & Itch Relief, not for cuts and scrapes. We would recommend a recovery cone to prevent licking.
