Q&As

1 - 10 of 42 Questions

Q: If my fencing is 8' tall, do I use a 10' fence post and bury 2'?

1 Answer
  • A: Hi Neighbor- Yes, for an 8-foot tall fence, using a 10-foot T-post and burying the post until the anchor plate is completely underground is the standard approach. When the 2-foot portion is buried, you will have exactly 8 feet of post remaining above ground.

Q: Can you post a sign onto this pole?

1 Answer
  • A: Hi Neighbor- use T-post clips (or wire/zip ties) to loop around the sign's mounting holes and the post's studs, twisting them tight with pliers to secure your sign firmly, ensuring the flat side of the post faces the sign for easy clipping.

Best T posts for the money

I needed several 10 footers for my property and these were the best priced and very strong. I was really able to crank up the tension with these posts. And they came with the clips too. Other places wanted to charge for the clips.
