Since 1954, STP has been the premier American brand name for automotive additives, lubricants and performance products in the USA. STP Heavy Duty Nitrite Free Extended Life Antifreeze/ Coolant Ready-To-Use is an Organic Acid Technology (OAT) formulation that meets or exceeds ASTM requirements. This superior quality, ethylene glycol-based engine coolant is free of phosphates, silicates, nitrites, amines, and borates. It protects cooling system metals including aluminum, as well as rubber hoses, gaskets and plastics. The product is specially formulated with industry-leading additives to provide optimum protection in heavy duty applications without the addition of SCAs, and meets nitrite free coolant requirements of many industry-leading OEMs. Recommended for initial fill or top-off in all gasoline and diesel engines.STP Heavy Duty Nitrite Free Heavy Duty Antifreeze/Coolant Ready-To-Use meets the requirements of the following engine coolant specifications: ASTM D3306 and ASTM D6210.

Q: Is this product safe for a Kubota L2501HST tractor?

  • A: Yes, STP Heavy-Duty Nitrite-Free Extended Life Antifreeze/Coolant Ready-To-Use [part number 11098] is safe to use with a Kubota tractor. However, we do not recommend mixing it with the antifreeze/coolant already in the system. Best to flush and then refill with the STP Heavy Duty Nitrite-Free.

Q: What color is this anitfreeze and is it compatible for Dexcool>

  • A: STP Heavy Duty Nitrite Free is yellow. STP Heavy Duty Nitrite Free utilizes the same coolant technology as DexCool called organic acid technology. STP Heavy Duty Nitrite Free is compatible with major American brands of DexCool coolants.
