Welds are poor

I bought this last week clamped it down normally, fired the tractor up and i broke in two pieces immediately. The welds on it where nearly non-existent a toothpick was wider and they has no penetration, i like tsc and have had luck with the bigger rain caps but this one was very poor quality

Replaced original rain cap that lasted 5 years or so, ran for only a few minuets and the weld which was for the most part was non existent holding the hinge to the body failed. VERY POOR quality control. Very disappointed in TSC, this is a REALLY cheap Chi-com item
