Star brite Waterproofing restores water repellency to virtually all marine fabrics from boat covers to bimini tops. It is also the easiest, most effective way to waterproof car covers, tents, tarps, foul weather gear, convertible tops and more. Star brite Waterproofing is also great for use on new fabrics, greatly extending their service life by providing an additional barrier to moisture and damaging UV rays. It's easy to use; simply spray the fabric to be restored, and allow it to dry for 6 hours before use. Always apply Waterproofing outdoors, taking care to not breathe the solution.

- A: Hello, This is a ready to use product and should not be diluted. Soaking is not recommended either as the waterproofing agents will not settle. The most effective application is to use in a sprayer.6 months agoHelpful?

- A: Hello, The most effective and easiest way would be to use with a sprayer, any sprayer will do. You would then be able to clean it out with Mineral Spirits and Warm Water/Dish Soap.10 months agoHelpful?

Absolute waste of time and money

I had 6 blankets to do, so I bought this and a tank sprayer. Did 2 coats, dried in between. First rain, stayed dry for about 5 minutes then began to penetrate.
No, I do not recommend this product.

This works great!!! I have used it for many years and it will renew faded leaking biminis and boat covers. They will look like new and be water proof, assuming they are in reasonable condition.
