Seal-Once Multi-Surface Wood & Concrete - Masonry Cleaner, SO0040

This is a good cleaning product for wood decks. It helped to remove dirt and grim but did leave some stains behind. I used it on an old deck so it might work better on newer wood. I will try to use it on concrete next to see how it works. I do like that this small container covers a huge area.

Great amount for this container. Easy to apply and cover. The drying process is great and it doesn't take long. Works great on different materials.

This stuff works very well for cleaning concrete I mixed some in a sprayer and applied it to garage floor and scrub it with a brush a little and waited a short bit and psi washer took old oil stain like it was never there I recommend this to anybody who has stubborn stains on concrete I really can’t wait to see what it does to the wood

I was interested in trying this cause I’ve never tried one before. The first thing I wanted to say is it is meant to be used for a large surfaces and it is especially helpful. If you have some kind of application system like a prayer or pressure washer and it does make a lot. I tried it on some tile and in the pictures it doesn’t look very different but in person there was a noticeable difference. The weather hasn’t been cooperating, but I’m curious to try it on my outdoor patio to see how it will do price flies. It’s pretty affordable. Directions are easy to follow and then ingredients are biodegradable so not as chemically as other stuff.
