Prevents Children From Getting Access

The cabinet was delivered in good condition. Realistically, it will hold up to 6 long guns. Not 10. It appears well built for the purpose of keeping children and other unauthorized persons, who live in or are invited to visit your house, from getting unsupervised access to the contents when you are not watching. Just be sure they can't get the keys. Know that it will not protect against fire, water, or burglars who are willing to pick the box up and carry it away.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Returned right away. Normal, adult shotguns will not fit if shelf is in place. Foam barrels rests had ZERO stick out of the box.
Locking mechanism very tight, not working correct.
No, I do not recommend this product.

VERY basic lockable steel cabinet. Low quality foam inserts that the glue was not adequate to stick to the cabinet to protect/hold the guns.
No, I do not recommend this product.
