Chain holder lock does not work without keeping your hand on the lever

after struggling to get it together without success we called their help line. The woman who answered just read the instructions to me. No help. I wrote a review on their website telling them specifically why their directions are worthless. A few days later they sent me a link to a video they made showing how to install the grinding wheel. First, the directions tell you to assemble the base to the bringing wheel mechanism. Their video showed it apart. Instructions tell you to use a furnished Allen wrench to secure the wheel while loosening or tightening the nut on the wheel. The video showed them using a screwdriver. When it’s assembled you have to practically stand on your head to see the hole. The pictures in the instructions were no help. They don’t show the necessary part that they are referring to. I sent it back

I have sharpened 11 chains so far all is good. This tool is really easy to setup and use once running a couple chains through it. It does require some minor adjustments while sharpening due to the fact not all teeth wear down at the same rate but these adjustments are very easily done.
