This kit comes with a flat file, depth gauge, 3 round files, filing guide and a contoured wood handle for comfort. The included nylon carrying case makes it easy to organize the sharpening supplies and take them on the go. Compatible with all chains requiring 5/32 in. (4 mm), 3/16 in. (4.8 mm) and 7/32 in. (5.5 mm) files.

Q: How does one use the "depth gauge"? What is an "OVE CLEANER"?

- A: After sharpening a chain's cutters 3 or 4 times with a round file it is necessary to check the height of the depth gauge. To do this place depth guide tool over chain, near mid-point of the guide bar, so that the chain’s depth gauge extends through the slot. If the cutter's depth gauge extends above the slot in the depth guide, file the cutters depth gauge down until it is level with the depth guide tool. Make sure to keep the round profile on the front of the cutters depth gauge.8 years agoHelpful?

THANK,S TO YOUR WESTON MGR ,HE WAS ABLE TO FIX ME UP WITH THE PARTS I NEEDED FOR A UTILITY PUMP I,D BOUGHT OFF YOU ALL ,SEEMS MY VERSION WAS DISCONTINUED ,BUT AFTER 15 DOLLARS OR SO LATER I WAS ABLE TO REPLACE A 3 DOLLAR PLASTIC NIPPLE FROM 3/4 TO 5/8 ,BUT THATS WHAT I NEEDED TO MAKE MY PUMP DO WHAT I NEEDED,THANK,S BRIAN
