Slime's 2-in-1 Tire & Tube Premium Sealant seeks out and instantly seals tread area punctures up to a 1/4" in tires and up to 1/8" in tubes. When a puncture occurs, Slime's patented sealant is carried directly to the source. The pressure of the escaping air forces the particles into the opening, where they build up and intertwine to form a long-lasting, flexible plug.   • A: Howdy neighbor! While this sealant is excellent for plugging punctures in the tread area, it is not designed to fix leaks occurring in the valve stem or the valve core itself.

Q: How many ounces do you use on a riding mower tire?

  • A: A standard tire will take 8 oz. If you have larger or non-standard tires, you can go to our website https://slime.com/pages/slime-calculator and put in your tire size to calculate the amount of sealant you need for your tire.

  • A: Slime will clean up with soap and water on Vinyl. I use Simple Green or Dawn dishwashing soap.

Good off highway tire sealant .

This is a great preventative sealant for off highway tube or tubeless tires . I used it for my bike and it is so easy to install with easy to follow instructions. As It prevents flats before it happens, it offers a worry free ride on my bike. It is not toxic and not inflammatory as well. It works easily for 2 years before needing any replacement. I definitely recommend it to others.

Great for lawnmower tires

My partner kept having their lawnmower tires go flat. They added the slime to them and haven't had any issues since then. It's been great because they don't have to pull out an air pump just to mow and our yard doesn't get weird uneven cuts when the tires are low.

This product does an amazing job at stopping leaks. This products lasts a long time and a small bottle will go a long way. The tube included helps with easy application and little mess. There’s no need to remove due to how effective the product is.
