We are sorry to hear about your experience. Please know that all our Canopies are designed as temporary structures meant to provide protection from the sun, tree sap, and bird excrement. It is recommended that the Canopy be anchored down while being used, and the cover is removed or the canopy to be stored away when not being used or if there is inclement weather in the forecast as well. If you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at 1-800-932-9344.
