Cultivate a beautiful array of container plants with Miracle-Gro Potting Mix. This potting soil mix Grows Plants Twice As Big!* In addition, the added fertilizer feeds all types of container plants for up to 6 months. With this gardening product, you can expect more blooms for more color*. This container mix works best with outdoor container plants, including your favorite flowers, annuals, perennials, vegetables, and shrubs. To apply, select a pot with a drain hole. Fill the pot about 1/3 full with potting soil. Loosen the root ball of your plant and place it in the pot. Add more potting mix and press lightly to level. Water your plant and let it drain. For optimal results, refer to plant tags for specific sun and shade needs. Let mix dry to the touch between waterings; do not allow plants to sit in drainage water. To avoid soil compaction and replenish nutrients, all container plants should be repotted annually or as needed with fresh Miracle-Gro Potting Mix. One 50 qt. bag of Miracle-Gro Potting Mix fills three 12-inch containers. *Vs unfed plants

My go to potting soil for all 200 of my houseplants! I mix this with miracle grow orchid bark and perlite to make the perfect chunky soil mix. My favorite soil and my plants love it!

I have used miracle Grove for years and it was always a great product so I have read through the reviews and I am not the only one that has been seeing mushrooms, different type of mushrooms in my pots. Mushrooms is not good when you’re planting vegetables it will taint your soil. Some people say it’s good. Some people say it’s not it’s not good. It taints your soil. It will cause your plants to die. Even when I have spilled the dirt on the ground mushrooms have grown and I’m seeing really big mushrooms not tiny ones and they grow in a couple of days so miracle grow has changed. I do not like it. Y’all need to go back to the old miracle grow and all that malt and bark that’s too much. Some is OK my celery pot. The whole top was mulch and it doesn’t let it grow because it can’t get through the mulch when your first starting out growing seeds, I do not like you guys anymore. I have to find a new product to grow my plants in when the new season comes I don’t even like it for my pumpkins because mushrooms is growing.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I've been using several potting mixes from Miracle-Gro and I'm pleased to say that they're fine to use. I don't understand the general animosity towards the brand (i'm looking at your Redditors!). It works fine and my plants are thriving!
