Just received this gopher probe and it is solid. The opening for the deposit of pellets is large and allows for most poisons without clogging, a problem I had with other probes from HD. The capacity for bait is also substantial. Very pleased with Tractor Supply and this product.

Returning an item.

We had a problem with this item, so I called and was told that I would get an email containing a label so I could return it. I also ordered another one at this time. I have since received the new item, but have not received the email containing the return shipping label. I do not want to getting charged for two items since one of them does not work. I offered to take it to my local Tractor Supply but I was told that I would receive the label. Please advise me on my next move. Thank you.
