Zinc oxide ointment offers relief and healing for a variety of skin conditions, including poison ivy, rashes, fungal infections, psoriasis, cuts, scrapes and burns. It's safe to use on horses and livestock and is applied topically where needed. The zinc oxide ointment comes in a 16 oz. container.How it Works

This ointment forms a skin barrier, protecting it from moisture and irritants. It is counter-irritating, topically-applied, antiseptic, and astringent.

Special Precautions

• In case of persistent or increasing swelling, irritation, or redness, withdraw use and notify your veterinarian.
• If the animal has a severe burn or a puncture or deep wound, only administer with veterinarian approval.
• Do not use on irritated skin and withdraw use if severe irritation occurs.

Overdose Information

Immediately contact your closest emergency animal hospital or vet.

Store in a dry and cool environment. 59°-86°F. (15° and 30°C)

Directions

Thoroughly cleanse and dry area of skin to be treated. Apply Rugby Zinc Oxide Ointment directly on the wound with a spatula or place on a piece of gauze.
