The RSI 2-Stage Compost Tumbler is designed to generate the most amount of compost over time. The composter tumbler itself can be set up to compost the full 65 gal. at a time or to be split into 2 composters allowing for compost to be made while the other side is being loaded with fresh compost material, keeping a constant flow of compost being made. The compost tumbler is designed to generate the most amount of compost over time. This compost tumbler is constructed from a zinc coated metal frame to prevent rust and a body constructed from high impact UV protected plastic. The patent pending built in ratchet lock along with the geared rotating handle on the compost tumbler make it much easier than other composters in the marketplace to turn and mix the compost material. The large open area underneath the compost tumbler allows for easy emptying1 year limited warranty

Q: What is the height from ground to bottom of the tumbler? Can a regular wheelbarrow fit under there for unloading?

  • A: The height between the ground and the bottom of the composter is roughly 12 inches. We sell a cart that is specifically made for this composter. I don't know if a regular sized wheel barrow would fit under this.

Way too muc assembly required!

Product has way to many pieces! If compost produces liquids in the breakdown process, it will definitely leak out the multiple seems. Also product was missing a major part that delayed assembly.

No, I do not recommend this product.
