Q: Is it normal for stuff to be floating in it? I just opened mine and there's this stringy white stuff floating in the nectar. I washed the feeder out really well so it is not something that is in the feeder.
4 years ago- A: It’s hard to tell without seeing it, but it may have been a faulty bag/spout. Since we are an all natural product with no preservatives, this can happen from time to time. Return to TSC store for exchange.4 years agoHelpful?
Q: Once opened, does any used nectar require refrigeration?
5 years ago- A: The nectar that you stock in the 1.5L bag does not need to be refrigerated, as the contents are first flushed with nitrogen which naturally creates an oxygen barrier within the bag. That said, it certainly never hurts to refrigerate/store in a cool dry place, but it is not required.5 years agoHelpful?
