This grill performs up to the quality I had expected

The grill was delivered on time. Easy to put together, just a lot of parts. No missing parts, no damage. I think it will be a fine grill for many years to come Love the coffee color and stainless steel

This grill was worth waiting for! I had looked at other grills at the home stores but wasn’t impressed. I had read about the Royal Gourmet grill from reviews on line after researching “best grills” and had never seen it in person. I decided to order one, thinking if it was cheaply made, I’d just return it. We bought it online and chose to have it delivered to the store. It came unassembled and when I called the store to ask if it would fit in my Subaru Outback, the person who answered the call said that they had seen the box and definitely thought it would fit and sure enough, it fit perfectly. Please note that you will need 2 people to lift the box. The instructions were easy to understand, and once I had the bottom base put together, I called my husband out to help lift the main part of grill onto the base. I had skipped over the part where the instructions tell you to remove the cushioned wrap and zip ties from the igniter wires and side burner coil that’s all tucked under the the front, behind the metal where the knobs are located. In the end, I thought of not removing the zip ties first as a bonus mistake. With us both being older people (and not too gifted in height), having those wires loose would have made the lifting and setting the top in place a little more tricky for us. We’ve used the grill numerous times in the 2 weeks we’ve had it and absolutely love it. The sear grill is a great feature to have as is the the extra knob to only have a half of a burner come on by the sear. We have yet to use the rotisserie, but I did test it out and it turns great and having the option to use it with and without batteries is another great feature (since we live in Florida,the humidity and batteries aren’t always the best of friends). I’d also like to point out that there’s no need to open the propane tank knob all the way, as this grill heats up fast.
