- A: Promax is a turf and ornamental label product. You need roundup powermax. There is no residual to any roundup products. You can spray and them plant immediately. Hope this help.8 years agoHelpful?

Fighting rattlers

I have killed one six foot rattle snake, lost one in the grass and almost stepped on one in a deep irrigation ditch, all in three months.
I need to keep a clean irrigation ditch at all times for watering. Roundup is a necessity and does a great job of being my property under control. Great product!

Tractor Supply sells a 50% glyphosate for almost half the price, don't waste your money on Roundup anymore.
