Q: can rm43 be used on or near ponds
12 days ago- A: Howdy neighbor! RM43 Total Vegetation Control Concentrate cannot be used on or near ponds because the formula is highly toxic to aquatic life and contains imazapyr, which can easily leach into open waterways. The official EPA product label strictly prohibits applications directly to water or anywhere runoff could carry the long-lasting chemical barrier into fish pools, streams, or ponds.9 days agoHelpful?
Q: If the container has been opened and is going to be stored in a cool garage, how long of a shelf life before it looses potency (or does it never lose potency)?
13 days ago- A: Howdy neighbor! An opened bottle of RM43 will keep its full weed-killing potency for 3 to 5 years when stored in a cool garage, as long as you keep the cap twisted tight. Just make sure it does not freeze during cold winters and give the jug a thorough shake before your next project to blend the ingredients back together. Keep in mind that while the unmixed concentrate lasts for years, any leftover mixture you blend with water should be sprayed right away since it loses its punch within a couple of weeks.12 days agoHelpful?
Q: What is the dilution ratio for spot treating weeds? One answer says 2.5 oz. per gallon of water and the label says 6 oz. per gallon.
14 days ago- AI-generatedA: For spot-controlling brush, vines, and weeds, the recommended mix ratio is 6 fluid ounces of concentrate per gallon of water. This formula is designed for effective use against most noxious weeds and grasses in areas where no vegetation is desired.13 days agoHelpful?
