Applied as directed to rock mulched areas before leaving for the summer. Returned 3 1/2 months later, weeds everywhere, to make matters worse they’ve already gone to seed. My neighbor had the same problem.

I've always used Preen in the past. However, it seems the manufacturer has gotten greedy. The price for this product has gone through the roof! There are other products out there that can do the job.
