I ordered the plum jacket in XXL, I’m over 6ft tall & about 215 lbs. The material of the coat is nice & durable. The flannel lining picks up lint & depending on what you are wearing it can be cumbersome to get et the jacket on. The pockets are all fabulous. The zipper quality is a little less than I expected. The zipper tab is small & feels cheap. I hope It holds up. The length of the coat is good considering it’s not a tall. Berne doesn’t offer tall sizes in ladies coats beyond a size XL. That’s unfortunate…. The best thing about this coat is the sleeve length. Hallelujah they are long!!! Please don’t ever shorten these sleeves. I look forward to wearing this coat for many years.

I LOVE all the Berne cold-weather gear! This is the 2nd coat with matching bibs that I have purchased from TS after finding this brand. In my opinion, Berne beats the big C-brand that we are all familiar with, hands-down. The quality of the cotton duck is so much better, and is soft to the touch right out of package with none of the stiffness and rigidity that comes with the other brand. Also, Berne makes coat linings that women like to wear (I have both the faux shearling, and the plaid flannel), vs the cheap polyester taffeta that normally line the insulated coats.

I am very pleased with this coat. It is very comfortable and warm. Plenty of pockets, love the snaps at the side vents to open and allow more movement. I and 6 feet tall and have never had a woman's coat that had sleeves that were long enough, but this product has got me covered!

Fits well. I like that it can be zipped and/or snapped cosed. I was comfortable in a flannel shirt under the coat and could shovel snow without feeling bound up.
