Me and My fiance bought this. We love that it oscillates, has a timer, and tip over shut off. It also has three heat settings: low, high, adjustable. We've used all three and like them all! We also like that is is small and can heat up a room really well! It can fit in a lot of spaces even in our busy room! It says you can set a temp for the thermostat in the room with this. The not so good: We havent figured out how to change the thermostat. When the heater is turning it sometimes rumbles or sometimes sounds like it's catching on something. (It makes a bit of a ticking sound or sounds like hard plastic rubbing on hard plastic) The things we are iffy about: The LED screen doesnt always stay on. I do appreciate the beeps it emits so you know when you have pressed a button. And the red light is on whenever it is plugged in. I wish it was green when on and red when off or turning off. Over all we love this heater. It's really only a few nitpicks. If you are on the fence about buying it we would say go ahead and buy it!

When it worked it worked well. The screen flaked out the first week, but I knew the buttons and the sequence to press them to make it work. That lasted about a week. Now it won't turn on using the buttons on the heater or the remote.
