Great design, poor workmanship

I bought this log hoop today from the Florence, KY Tractor Supply in anticipation of a wood delivery tomorrow morning. No assembly required? Not quite. After removing it from the plastic bag, the short arm at the bottom snapped off in my hand. The weld spot under it was rusted. No time to take it back, so husband is welding it now in our shop. Called the customer service number, but no answer. I won't be buying this brand of product ever again.

Had a pair of these delivered last year and loved them so much I bought another pair for stashing the products of brush and tree cleanup. Pops right out of the box and easy to set up and start stacking. Holds a "ton" of different sized sticks and logs and looks good doing it. Recommend to fire pit enthusiasts of all stripes.

I like that this fire ring is all one continuous loop and there is no assembly required! All the other ones I saw online broke up into 3-4 pieces and didn’t seem very sturdy. This one is solid! Also the price is great!
