Manufacturer defect

The left boot heel bed was much smaller than the right boot.
At first it was just a little snug. Then I developed a swollen achilles tendon.
I brought the boot to the shoe repair to stretch it, but after a week of that, it was still snug. The shoe repair man said it was a manufacturer defect.
I was worried that TS wouldn't take back as a return, but they did with no hesitation. I was so relieved.

My go to daily boot!

I have worn these boots for the past ten years on a daily basis. I love them. The only thing is, they wear out in the exact same spot every time. This is my 11th pair!

I absolutely love these boots. First time buying this brand. My first time wearing them with no issues at all. I found them so comfortable and the style I wanted. I purchased 9B which is my true size and found them to be perfect! I highly recommend getting them if you any doubt whatsoever

Fantastic Boots!

I received these boots in a timely manner with updated emails! Boots fit perfectly-true to size. I wore them yesterday briefly, but wore them today for a long time. No issues at all, so comfortable. The color and style of the boot is awesome!! At my age I love the lower heal. I’m so happy with these boots, if your undecided, get them!!!
