Manufacturer defect

The left boot heel bed was much smaller than the right boot.
At first it was just a little snug. Then I developed a swollen achilles tendon.
I brought the boot to the shoe repair to stretch it, but after a week of that, it was still snug. The shoe repair man said it was a manufacturer defect.
I was worried that TS wouldn't take back as a return, but they did with no hesitation. I was so relieved.

I wear a size 6.5, but leather was tight around ankle area so I ended up with a size 7. They fit perfectly!
