Manufacturer defect

The left boot heel bed was much smaller than the right boot.
At first it was just a little snug. Then I developed a swollen achilles tendon.
I brought the boot to the shoe repair to stretch it, but after a week of that, it was still snug. The shoe repair man said it was a manufacturer defect.
I was worried that TS wouldn't take back as a return, but they did with no hesitation. I was so relieved.

My favorite boots!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second pair of the same style of boots!!! The first pair lasted 10 years. I can still wear the first pair, but I have worn the bottoms out. I love these Ariat unbridled roper western boots! I hope they always have this style! Fyi, I like my boots to be roomy. I am a size 8-8 1/2, but I bought both pair in size 9 wide.
