- A: This product can only be used as indicated on the label. It is only labeled for control of moles and pocket gophers. It cannot be used for moles in the states of CA,HI, IN, or NH. It can only be used against the eastern mole and Hairy-tailed mole in NC.5 years agoHelpful?
Q: Do you just pour in product in the mole holes...do you water it in or any other specific instructions?

- A: I take a stick, poke a hole in the run, careful not to cave it in, dump the amount in then cover it with a big piece of bark mulch or small stone. No watering needed. I check it in a day or two, pellets are gone, then I step the run down. They never return, hope this helps.5 years agoHelpful?

Q: Is this product for voles, moles, gophers, etc. that are species in East Texas? Is this product "species specific" ONLY??? Thank You!

- A: Per the manufacturer: Ramik Mole & Gopher is labeled specifically for moles and pocket gophers. There is not a specific designation of type of moles for the state of Texas (North Carolina spells out which type of moles the product can be used on). The product can only be used in accordance with the label and for the species that are identified on the label. Ramik Mole and Gopher is an anticoagulant, and is a non-selective poison.6 years agoHelpful?

Some reviews say that this product doesn't work, I think that it may be that these reviewers didn't put in the effort and follow up necessary to stay on top of the problem. Finding moles, and killing them, is it tricky proposition. Putting a few pellets in a hole once won't work, it requires patience, determination, and persistence, but it will eventually pay off, if you're willing to put in the work. OH, and follow the directions, that's an important piece of the puzzle;-)
