- A: Hi Steve! Follow these quick steps: Locate the Left Edge: Turn the sprinkler cap entirely to the right, then back to the left until it stops. This fixed starting position represents the left edge of your spray. Align the Sprinkler: Manually twist the entire sprinkler body in the ground (or use a tool if needed) until the left stopping point is pointing at the far left edge of the area you want to water. Set the 45° Angle: Turn the water on to get the sprinkler running. While the sprinkler is spraying, find the adjustment collar at the top of the nozzle. Twist and pull the collar until the spray pattern decreases from 360° to 45°.17 days agoHelpful?
